Welcome to the Infant World!

The first years of a child’s life is an amazing time of growth and is a building block for the all the stages of development in the future. In Small Wonders Academy we accept infants from 3 weeks old and provide them with unique opportunity to experience the world in a creative way.

We adopt our environment to the needs of the children in a class and encourage individual patterns for sleeping, eating and playing. Our highly trained teachers create personalized lesson plans that meet each baby’s educational, social and emotional needs. Each lesson plan is posted in the room, so every parent can monitor their child’s progress and milestones.





Program Overview

Cognitive Development:

  • developing awareness of color and shape;
  • confidence and motor skills;
  • practicing spatial recognition;
  • developing a sense of cause and effect, concentration skills

    Motor Development:

  • developing ability to coordinate movements;
  • hand-eye coordination and visual acuity;
  • practicing "in" and "out"

    Sensory Development

  • developing ability to focus;
  • laying the basis for language;
  • introduction to problem solving;
  • developing attachment and social skills, learning songs;
  • memory and exploration skills

    In addition, our teachers and staff have all been trained in First Aid and CPR by certified instructors.
